Tania has over eight years of experience in international labour mobility, connecting skilled Honduran workers with Canadian farms. In 2016, she pioneered a successful recruitment program that linked experienced agricultural workers with Canadian food producers, addressing critical labour shortages. Through Maya Maple Connect and its dedicated team, she continues to develop ethical and efficient hiring solutions that benefit both employers and workers. With expertise in labour policy and a research background in agricultural migration from the University of Ottawa, she ensures a transparent and sustainable recruitment process.
